As one of the universal engine lathe , Jingyi CNC single-column lathe is suitable for the rough and finish processing of cone surface and face , cutting , etc . One clamping can meet all the needs of processing required , especially suitable for a variety of medium and small parts, bulk processing .We offer a variety models of equipment for customers to choose .
Features:
1. We use guide rail and sliding surface through sticky plastic processing to improve the wearability of guide rail.
2. Centralized guide rail lubricating oil supply ,facilitate lubricated guide rail ,increase the service life .
3. CNC system adopts servo control system or numerical control system ,the absolute position encoder to eradicate need matching grating digital display device ,to observe and track feeding error .
4. Machine tool casting with high quality mold resin sand casting process, and after aging treatment , prolong the service life machine tools , increase the quality of machine tool.
5. We use 40cr mill gear box to improve the machining accuracy and make low noise when processing .
6. Work table adopts hydrostatic guideway with high precision NN30 type(D) bearing , which can increase the machine capacity , and improve the rotary accuracy .
