Technical conditions for plates of ABS EQ56-Z35

1. Scope
The technical conditions apply to plates of EQ56-Z35 with thickness not more than 100mm. (8mm-100mm)
2. Dimension, Shape, Weight and Permissible Deviation
The dimension, shape, weight and permissible deviation shall meet the requirements of ABS rules. Thickness tolerance is -0.3mm.
3. Technical conditions
3.1 Chemical composition (Ladle analysis)
The chemical composition of plates shall be accordance with the following table 1.

Note: Per batch furnace number product analysis [N]<200ppm.

4. Package, marking and certificate
Package, marking and certificate shall conform to ABS rules
5. The third party inspection
The chemical composition, tensile test and Charpy -V impact test for plates of EQ56 shall be witnessed by surveyor of ABS.
6. Delivery conditions
The delivery conditions for plates of EQ56 shall be Normalized.
7. Other requirements
The other requirements for plates of EQ56 shall be accordance with ABS rules.
MTC accordance with EN10204: 2004 3.2
