Boozarjomehr Industrial Group has proceeded to manufacture and erect of heavy & light steel structure by benefiting engineers , expertly and experienced personnel which includes : Bolt & nut skeleten with Box section column t – shape column , pipe rack for oil Industries and also projects belonged to petro chemical Industry beside other particular steel projects . Production process has been designed in away that utilize up – to – data machines in continous lines , using3 axis automatic drilling machines and others modern machinery according to up to data standards and Identical to WPS welding instructions . Monitoring production with accurate programming in order to reach standard structures . Flow chart process

. Provided shop drawing by x – steel soft ware and approved drawing by contractor .
. Provided essential materials list
. Achieved manufacturing operation involving CVC Cutting and /or shearing Guillotine assembled steel skeleton pieces
. Welded mounted pieces by means of sub – merged we lading co2,smaw
. Control & supervision for quality in total production stages by NDT such as ut, PT, RT,MT & vt
. Shot blasting &painting by using Alkyd paints, zine cromate , zine rich & Epoxy abling to control thickness layer accordrhy to customer ordez.
