- Screw adjustments not required & die outer diameter precision is improved compared to adjustable dies as this is a solid button die (non-adjustable).
- High-speed tool steel - HSS & Carbide are used, realizing stable machining and enhanced threading tool life.
- Front surface chamfering for easy entry.
- Machining reference surface at the rear is set so that end face makes close contact when holder is attached.
