Installation Procedures
1.Drill a hole with punch according to the diameter of rock bolt .
2.The diameter of hole is 6-12mm bigger than the rock bolts’ .a
3.Before inserting the rock bolt ,the hole should be blown and cleaned by compressed air .
4.Insert the appropriate resin cartridge ,pushing the cartidge by hand or machine with rock bolt ,ensure reach to the top of borehole ,then break the cartidge .
5.Rotate and pushing the rock bolt ,one the plate reach the roof ,spin bolt and ensure that mixing the resin completely ,The time of mixing should be strictly controlled according to the requirement of resin cartidge .Screw the nut tightly when time is up.
