Q'ty: 150,000MT(Trail) and 400,000MT per monthX12month
Unit Prices;The current discounted reference price is US$ 56/MT PER MONTH
PAYMENT PROCEDURE :
1.This Contract shall be signed and sealed by Both Parties to become a legalized document by xxx 20, 2014.
2.The Buyer shall E-mail the final Contract to the Seller, and issue Two (2) originals of the final Contract via courier to Seller’s address as stated in the Contract.
3. Within Five (5) banking days after signing the FINAL Contract, the BUYER will issue a Irrevocable, Non-transferrable DLC payable at sight to the SELLER
4. The SELLER will issue an operative 2% PB to the Buyer to open the DLC for the trial shipment. Payment and Performance Bond shall remain active for 90 days
5. Shipping of the Commodity will commence within (20-25) days from date of Seller’s receipt of DLC from the Buyer.
