The sand undergoes a "mulling" process in which various clay and chemical additives that act as binders are blended with the sand, which results in a compound which is suitable for the sand molding process.Place a metal or wood frame (flask) over the pattern to produce a cavity representing one half of the casting, compact or ram the sand to achieve the mold. ‍‍Our production ability:‍‍Our factory has 5 large sand casting production line ,30 small sand casting foundry work platform, 2 sand casting workshop, the biggest can complete 100 kg/pc casting; A casting workshop equipped with 6 sets of gravity casting equipment.
