BW-4000 type Fully Automatic Gable-Top Carton Filling Machinery is automatic with top configuration. The entire machine is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, and the surface is special processed to be beautiful.
1. Work flow:
Put cardboard into carton holder (manually) -- Bottom preforming -- Bottom heating and sealing -- Ultrasonic capping (Optional) -- Filling -- Top preforming -- Top heating and sealing -- Date printing -- Finished product
The whole process is controlled by PLC, and only need one person to operate.
2. Suitable for filling:
Various kinds of juice, such as acid juice, tea drink, corn drink, soy milk, pure water, etc.

1. Capacity: 250--1000ml (can be filled by one machine)
2. Output: 4000-4500 cartons/hour
3. Packing material: Cardboard carton / aluminium foil carton
4. Shelf life: Depend on different product and different process
5. Capping: With capping (Optional)
6. Filling temperature: Hot filling: 88-92 degC / cold filling: 2-50 degC
