1. Epoxy coated filter wire mesh, is used in fluid filter element as supporting layer to replace stainless steel and galvanized steel wire mesh with its stable structure and low cost.
Material: Low carbon steel wire or Aluminum wire , then coated with epoxy powder.
Properties: Stable mesh structure, easy to pleat, corrosion-resistant, high compatibility with different types of corrosive fluid, the coating layer is flexible and not easy to break and fall into the fluid cycle system.
Application: Used in filter element as supporting layer.
Mesh Count: 16 × 16, 18 × 16, 18 × 18, 18 × 14, 26 × 22
Wire Diameter: BWG30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39.
Color: Normally dark grey and black, other color can be ordered
2.Decorative and Security Mesh
Material: Woven Mesh, Expanded Metal, Perforated Metal with different material, such as galvanized steel, stainless steel or Aluminum, then coated with epoxy coatings.
Properties: light weight, flexible, easy to clean, good-looking, adumbral, privacy protection, safety protection, color can be ordered.
Application: used in hotels, public buildings, civil residences for decorative and safety protection purpose; used in house door and prisons for safety protection and anti-escaping purpose.
