CNC lathe drilling machine

Jingyi drilling special machine is mainly used in engine flywheel , walking micro tillage machine box and other mass production. It can also form a automatic production line . While processing ,the workpiecies are generally not rotating . The machine realize boring , milling , reaming , dimpling , reaming and processing by the rotation of cutting tool movement and the relative feed movement between cutting tool and workpiece .

Machine features:
1. It can completer drilling by one clamping .
2. As a whole vertical structure, the machine has good protection and is easy to chip removal.
3. Frame type rigid body ,high rigid rectangular hardening guide .
4. CNC control system , simple adjustment and accurate positioning.
5. Hydraulic self-centering clamp , reliable and stable precision and reliable running .

Processing of auto parts ,instrumentation, hardware, valve fittings, machinery fittings, mould making, first edition ,production ,clothing jewelry processing crafts and etc.
