产品详细信息
Its high tensile strength and resilience to higher temperatures makes chrome silicon steel suitable for springs and wire forms that must withstand shock loads, high stress and high temperature environments—for example, in gun recoils and performance vehicles. This alloy steel wire is cold drawn and heat treated, making it exceptionally strong and durable, able to withstand rapid and repeated spring loads over a long period of time without changing its performance. A related alloy, chrome vanadium, is used for slightly less stressful applications, but it can still handle more impact and heat than other spring wires like music wire.
Chrome silicon and chrome vanadium spring wire are available in a range of diameter sizes.
