Guarantee:2% Performance Bond by the Seller after receipt LC at sight.
Procedure:
• Buyer issue LOI to Seller
• Seller issues FCO to Buyer
• Buyer signs and returns FCO
• Seller issues contract, both parties amend and sign/seal
• Seller allow buyer to visit the yard.
• Buyer issues L/C to Seller
• 2% Value PB as LC issued by the Seller to Buyer’s Bank
