8011 aluminum foil belongs to the 8xxx series aluminum alloys, with iron (Fe) and silicon (Si) as its primary alloying elements. Compared with pure aluminum foil, 8011 alloy offers higher mechanical strength while maintaining excellent ductility and deep-drawing performance.
The H22 temper indicates that the foil has undergone strain hardening and partial annealing, achieving an ideal balance between strength and flexibility. This temper is particularly suitable for stamping and forming complex food containers, helping prevent cracking during processing.
