1.2767, 45NiCrMo16, JIS SKT6


2. Available sizes:

Round Bar: Φ 6-410mm
Flat: 8-160*205-710mm
Mould: 200*200-1200*1000mm
Length: 3000-12000mm


3. Chemical compositon:
C Mn Si P S Cr Mo Ni
0.40-0.50 0.20-0.50 0.10-0.40 max.0.030 max.0.030 1.20-1.50 0.15-0.35 3.80-4.30


4. Delivery condition:
Annealed steel, max.285 HB.

5. Applications:
Highly exposed casts for pressurre casting and injecting, reinforcement into the cast core. Perforation tools for thick meterials (steel sheet metal up to 12mm thickness), shear knife, mincing knives. Dies, forming devices, forging die, mandrel holder for extrusion.
