MWDV-F20YU Priority and multi-way directional valve shunt used to control several hydraulic actuators is a kind of multi-function integrated valve, which integrates dynamic load sensing initiative valve、priority valve and multi-way direction valve. There are two different filling valves body in the multi-way valve inlet parts and make the hydraulic system of the main pump and auxiliary pump respectively vehicle hydraulic steering system and hydraulic brake system to supply oil separately. Steering System uses a dynamic load sensing initiative valve shunt; Brake system uses a constant shunt valve, the shunt flow is 7 and 15 l/MIN, the brake system can be selected according to the customer request. This is not only reduces the vehicle hydraulic system’s oil temperature and power consumption, improve the steering performance, but also eliminate the interference when the steering and braking joint operations. The function of the main connection size and oil cylinder working system is not consistent with CDB-F20 series priority and multi-way directional valve shunt, it’s easy to install and improve the system. The valve is also set up a valve rod self-locking structure to install the electromagnetic self-locking device with our company’s independent intellectual property rights. Once the drivers leave the seat, the operating handle will be locked by electromagnetic self-locking device, this can avoid the safety accidents because of the incorrect operation.
