N08810 seamless steel tube, Incoloy 800H seamless steel tube, Alloy 800H seamless steel tube, N08810 condenser tube, Incoloy 800H condenser tube, Alloy 800H condenser tube, N08810 heat exchanger tube, Incoloy 800H heat exchanger tube, Alloy 800H heat exchanger tube. UNS N08810 is an austenitic high-strength solid-solution nickel-iron-chromium alloy grade, which has the following characteristic:
● High creep strength
● Very good resistance to oxidation and carburization
● Good resistance to nitrogen absorption
● High structural stability at high temperature
● Good weldability
N08810 has the high strength and structural stability at the high temperature and very good ductility, by controlling the content of Carbon, Aluminium and Titanium, and the special solution treatment(for gaining the average grain size≥90µm/ASTM No.4). This material mainly used at the high temperature above 600°C.
The typical applications include the following:
Tube used as the catalyst tube and condenser tube for the hydrogen production
Tube used for the acetic anhydride ketene production
Tube used in the vinyl chloride and ethylene production plant
Tube used in the heat exchanger in the power plant
Tube used in the wire annealing furnace
Tube used as thermocouple protection tube
