Product Feature
The trowel of the equipment adopts wear-resistant metal flour spraying technology; Superior mixer shaft, trowel macroaxis and the whole part of body ,etc. all have been handled through aging, hardening and tempering, and quenching;The gears of the reducer are all hard tooth surface;The clutch adopts screw pressure type patent technology, which increases greatly its service life. Meanwhile, the machine has the reasonable design and compact Structure.
It applies to shale, coal gangue, flyash, industrial tailings, etc. The equipment applies to many kinds of raw materials, through batching, stirring and rolling disposing for further stirring (or mixing steam ),air exhausting , extruding ,and make it become common brick or air brick mud-strip to be extruded,then through the adobe cutting machine to cut into various types of adobe.
