Dear Interested member,
We are a sourcing company from Sri Lanka, Specializing sourcing for Ferrous and non ferrous metals for large companies.
We are searching for large buyers with MOQ 2,000T or more.
Price: below LME
10% discount 2,000T - 4,999T
13% discount 5,000T - 9,999T
15% discount over 10,000T
Purity: 99.97% ~ 99.99%
2% performance bond by buyer for long term contracts for 12 months or more for 5,000T order or more.
PAYMENT TERMS Payment is made by Irrevocable, Non transferable 100% LC activated at port of destination AFTER sampling and analysis certificate.
Under Below procedure.
1. BUYER SEND LOI / ICPO ALONG WITH BCL
2. SELLER SEND (SPA) FOR EVALUATION, SIGNING AND SEALING.
3. SELLER WILL RETURN FINAL COPY DULY NOTARIZED AND ACTIVE CONTRACT TO BUYER
4. BUYER SEND POF VIA MT199 TO SELLER
5. ON RECEIPT OF POF SELLER PRESENTS TO BUYER POP
6. BUYER’S BANK TO ISSUE NON-OPERATIVE LETTER OF CREDIT OR BANK GUARANTEE FOR SHIPMENTS.
7. WITHIN FIVE (5) BANKING DAYS AFTER ISSUING NON-OPERATIVE L/C or BG SELLER`S BANK WILL ISSUE A PERFORMANCE BOND OF 2% AND NON-OPERATIVE L/C or BG WILL BE ACTIVATED AFTER RECEIPT OF SELLER`S 2% PB BY BUYER. (BUYER TO ISSUE OPERATIVE LC / BG IN CASE IF QUANTITY IS LESS THEN 5000 MT AS THERE IS NO PBG APPLICABLE.)
8. DISPATCH SHALL COMMENCE AFTER DUE INSPECTION AT LOADING PORT AT SELLER’S COST AND INSPECTION AT DESTINATION ON BUYER’S COST ON ARRIVAL OF GOODS.
9. PAYMENT WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM POSITIVE INSPECTION AND CIQ REPORTS.
To proceed please revert back with official LOI and BCL of the buyer & we will come back with direct seller Sale Purchase Agreement.
